Project Life: Week 3- Sunday, January 16th thru Saturday, January 22nd
Wow! Week 3 already.

January 16th*
Sunday night we had a great speaker at our church "Solid Rock". Pastor Sergio De La Mora came down from San Diego, CA to preach and promote his new book. Great Pastor!

January 17th
Here is Micah posing for me! what kind of smile is that, but I'll take it.

January 18th
After Hannah's girls scout meeting we met up with her auntie at a friends house. We were trying to sell cookies but Devin decided that he wanted to bite the boxes. Isn't he a cutie!

January 19th
My husband and I got an invitation to our homebuilders church to check out a series that their Pastor is preaching on. It's a 9 week series called "Sacred Marriage". We really enjoyed it and will be back on Wednesday for more teaching on marriage.

January 20th
I have been contemplating whether to get bangs or not since my hair has really grown. My hair stylist gave me long bangs and I just wasnt satisfied so I decided to get bangs. So last night I went home after work and cut them myself. I need to go back to my hair stylist so she can fix them. People actually do not recognize me. It's a big SHOCK!

January 21st
I love to pass down the hallway and peak into Micah's room. I always catch him in the cutest moments. Here he was laying on his bed watching TV and playing his DS. I just love it.

January 21st.
So we decided to go out to eat since we have been cutting down on going out to eat for 3 weeks. When I got in the truck my hubby asked why are you dressed up. I said, "I'm not but I have to comb my hair now since i have bangs."...lol...it's even a shocker for my hubby to see my hair combed. I have also decided that I only live once so whether I am chunky or not I will still take photos so that my kids will have memoires of their mom. So here I am.
This was my week, how was yours?
Enjoy.

Project Life: Week 2 Jan 9 (Sun) thru Jan 15 (Sat)
Week 2 of Project Life is here.
Enjoy.

Sunday the 9th of January
A very emotional day for HANNAH. We decided the best choice for Marley was to give her a new home. My poor hannie cried and cried and cried. We cheered her up by taking her to Jewel's 2nd birthday party.

Here are my boys being silly.

Here is Dylan starting his Pinewood Derby car.

Wednesday the 12th of January
Second day of preparing his pinewood derby.

Thursday 13th of January
Micah was running around bare foot and he has a cough so we kept on telling him go put your socks on...so here he is trying to put them on. lol

Friday the 14th of January
So this week i came down with the flu and was home for 3 days. I got my scentsy box and Micah was playing with the paper while I was asleep on the bed. He was having fun.

Today was Dylan's pinewood derby race and he did great. He came in 4th place in his division. He also got most colorful car. Way to go Dylan. Proud of you.
Enjoy!

I'm Tired!
i'm tired...
so many of you know i have been sick with the flu for a week. I am doing much better...thank you for everyone who said a prayer for me and my family but besides that let me tell you why i labeled this post, "I'M TIRED"
So when Hannah gets home I tell her to go clean her room and as for Micah I have been telling him all day long. So i left it at that. well i got up to check on Dylan and i pass by and see Hannah laying in her bed along with Micah chilling on his bed... I yell out loud, "i dont see anyone cleaning their room"
and i hear Hannah say, "I'm Tired" of what I yell back, she says, "Hello, of SCHOOL"....
omg all i could do at that point is keeping walking down the hallway because i wanted to laugh so hard. In my head I was saying, boy do you have a long way to go because you are only a kindergarten.
So this is what Hannah's room looks like.
The last pictures are of Micah's room. My 4 year old.
I can clean these rooms and organize and put things in order but give them 24 hours and they can be back to these photos. I know I should remember they are only 4 and 6 but oh my...why cant kids play with something and just remember to put back where they got it from?
What I am about to do is get a big plastic bag and go pick up everything that is on their floor and take away until i feel they can clean their room?
If you have any tips ....please help.....

Project Life Online!

Project Life 365!
Last year I bought the Project Life kit from Becky Higgins and printed my pictures and hand wrote my journaling. This year I have not bought the kit so I decided to try the online version of Project Life. And I love it! It's so easy, all I have to do is upload my pictures and type my journaling. How easy is that! EASY I say.
So far I am up to date! So excited. You can print the book by month or just wait until the end of the year!
You should try it, what better way to document your life!
Mom
Hannah was cleaning her room and wanted help folding her blankets. So I said, " Hear let me have them, I will fold them!" I folded them in a JIPPY and she was amazed.
so right after that this was our conversation.
Conversation With Hannah:
Hannah: "Mom, you know what you are?"
Me: What?
Hannah: "A Good Mom"
Me: "I am!" (surprised)
Hannah: "Yes, because your a good folder?"
Thank You Hannah for that compliment!
You made my day!
I love you!
