Mom

Hannah was cleaning her room and wanted help folding her blankets. So I said, " Hear let me have them, I will fold them!" I folded them in a JIPPY and she was amazed. 

so right after that this was our conversation.

Conversation With Hannah:

Hannah: "Mom, you know what you are?"

Me: What?

Hannah: "A Good Mom"

Me: "I am!" (surprised)

Hannah: "Yes, because your a good folder?"

Thank You Hannah for that compliment!

"Uncommon"

My Daughter is so "Uncommon"....she does not follow others but is herself. I came home today from work and this is how she was dressed. She dressed herself all by herself and she was so happy with her selection. As you see she had no problem POSING at all. I just love the way she is.....Just HANNAH!

Around 11:00 this morning I woke up to finding Hannah sitting in my chair with my heels on. 

I thought it was cute so I took out my camera and of course she smiles.

When I told her to go get in the shower she put my shoes away in my closet and as I was passing by I found my closet and found my shoes like this.....

Ohhhhh Hannah!!!! 

I just laughed and went about my day.....

She was just having fun....

So today was Hannah's 1st day of Kindergarten and she had a blast. This morning she woke up saying, "Aren't you excited for me?" We kept reassuring her that we were. She got to school and was ecstatic. While the teacher was talking to the parents she turns around from her chair and WINKS at me and smiles. Awww she is super excited. I called her after she got out of school and asked how it was. She said, "Momma she didn't give me any homework!" lol too cute...

The teacher told Vince that "Hannah was a such a doll and knows that this year will be great with Hannah in the classroom"....how sweet......

Hannah also told me that she has a new friend when I asked what her name was. She said, "Momma i forgot to ask her." lol 

 Today was a great day for all of us!

Gymnastics

I love Mondays because that means after work i get

to take my princess to Gymnastics and watch

her have a great time. 

She just loves it.

1st Piano Lessons

Today was Hannah's First Piano Lessons with Ms. Darby. 

She did so well, I am a proud Mommy. She picked up everything that she was being taught. She even got homework to do. As soon as we got in the car she said, "Ok Mom you are going to tell me what homework I have to do, right?" As soon as we got home she was on her brother's keyboard and rehearsing what she learned. She did great. I will quiz her tomorrow to see what she remembers. She is a very fast learner so I know she will do well. She was ready to go back tomorrow for lessons. Lol 

The picture with the balls is so that she knows how to put her fingers at all times. 

Thanks Ms.Darby we will definitely be back. I am learning now too. hee hee.....

2 for 1 special. 

All Clean!

So for a couple of weeks I have been trying to organize Hannah's room since we moved her back into the small room. It has been a challenge because I just have not been in the mood and secondly you need money to buy a lot of things. So I finally got to do it. Her daddy put more shelves in her closet and my friend from work to a trip to Container Store and picked up for me a box of 20 shoe boxes. YES she used all 20. lol I went through her stuff and we organized together. We also finally fixed up her calendar that I got from the Learning Zone. I laminated everything and finally got velcro and we fixed it up. She was so excited.

So her room is almost done. I need to incorporate some pink paint on her walls. Put up curtains and do the finishing touches. After that we are done. 

Next project the boys room. 

Gymnastics!

Since last Monday when Hannah tried out to see if she would like Gymnastics she could not wait for TODAY. I actually set up a calendar so she would not ask and just look at her calendar to see when that day would come. 

This morning she was super excited that today was the day. 

As you can see she did a great job today. 

Keep up the good Work Hannie.....

Now she can not wait until Thursday. She starts Piano lessons.

I love this baby so much! He is so happy and adorable. 

We are surely blessed that God placed this baby in my sister's life.

Look whose 5

My Sweet Baby Girl is 5 now. She is growing up so fast. I want her to slow down and stay this small. She is so cute at this age. She has us cracking up a lot.

Special Friends

These girls are something else. They are only 6 months apart and so unseparable.

TOnight (1/28/10) prayer was at our home and Carissa came with her mommy. As I was walking Kristin and Carissa out to their vehicle, Hannah comes out running to say bye once again to Carissa. They ended up hugging each other so tight and Carissa yelled, "Bye Hannah I love You" and Kristin and I just started to laugh and I ended up saying " i never had a friend like that", Kristin agreed also.

That is so cute that these girls have that friendship.

We are praying that Carissa join Hannah next year at Annapolis Christian Academy for Kindergarden.

They will be in the same class.

I am so glad that we met Kristin and they we are able to have our girls grow up together.

I love this picture. Everytime i see it i crack up. Coming home from class on a Tuesday, Hannah comes running to me to tell me, "Mama this shirt dont fit me". I looked at her and busted out laughing. I told her come here,, let me see what you have on. I asked her, "who put this on you"? She said "Dadda". OMG i was laughing so hard. I told my hubby that is Miley (our dog) shirt. Hannah busted out with " why you put it in my stuff".....i was still with the giggles. A moment we will never forget. Got to love my hubby.
