Hannah's 5th Birthday

Well this Sunday morning my husband and I sat down and talked to Hannah about her birthday. We told her we decided to not have a birthday party this year for her. I let her know that we would still celebrate as a family but we feel that we can do without a party. She had been wanting a party but when I explained to her she was alright with it. She said Ok...Am i still getting presents? I said of course. Hannah is well known and has many many people who love her. I told her I would let them know her birthday is December 9th and let them know that if they wanted to buy her a gift she is wanting Hello Kitty and Strawberry Shortcake this year. She said, "ok mom"...so I am glad I do not have to stress on a party since I do have finals and a paper and a presentation coming up. So if you would like just call me next Wednesday to wish her a Happy Birthday. I also went shopping today for her gifts.Last year Hannah got everything Hannah Montana for her room, I mean everything, well she told me, "that's old, i want Hello Kitty". ....out with the old and in with the new...I went today and bought her the comforter and sheets from Target but i was kind of sad because they did not have anything else for the room...i want a lap and the curtains and the works..i guess i will have to shop online. I also got her a cute Hello Kitty outfit from Target and Kohl's. She will be excited with all of that. My baby girl will be 5 next week...WOW....where has the time went?.....

CHRISTMAS SHOPPING

I am not a shopper, I'd rather stay at home but today my husband went out in 2 hours and bought Hannah and Micah's christmas presents. They are so easy to shop for but my 10 yr old he is picky and difficult. He's at that stage. So we just got 1 gift for him so far. I was trying to drill him down earlier to see what i could get out of him. We are not splurging on our kiddos this year. We want them to know the true meaning of Christmas. "Jesus".....I think as for Dylan, shoes and clothes will be majority of his gifts. He saw some grey converse he liked at Kohl's so it looks like I might be getting him those. Also he loves Tony Hawk clothes so Kohl's it is. The only thing I need left for the little ones is Zuh Zuh pets for Micah and Hannah...I just want this shopping to be over with.

Hannah had been wanting to weat the "finding nemo" bow...so she got to today....she is posing....she is so funny, i love my daughter.

Happy Mother's Day.

Today was a great day because my mother went with her mother to church. Then i got to visit my grandmother who had not been feeling very well. But as you can see i took a great picture of her today. She looks great. Boy do I love this lady. I would not have been able to celebrate Mother's Day without my mother who brought me to this world, and without my kids this day would not have happend. I love my kids.

Sunday Church

Here is Dylan he thought he was cool because my 15 yr old nephew gave Dylan some of his old Abrecombrie Shirts and i bought him some new shorts and a belt. So he thought he was it. He has decided to grow out his hair also.

Here I am ready for church. I am excited because i got this skirt from my cousin about 2 months ago and it still had the tags on it and it did not fit me. Well i tried it last night and it did. I have gone down one size now and lost a total of 7.8 pounds. i am excited and trying very hard to lose 29.2 more pounds.

My Birthday at Work

Mr. Roberta Kemp decided to pay me back for decorating his area back in October as Princess. I made him wear the bow and the crown and everything else. he said he would get me back well i came in to work and i had a Ghetto Desk for the day. And i had to take a picture of me holding my gun and knife and wearing the jacked up teeth. Ok roberta you got me.too funny.

Tomorrow is My Birthday

WOW! who would think that i would be 31. WOW. The Big 31! but i dont even feel 31, 10 weeks ago i started to workout and change my eating habits. i began weight watchers and so far have lost 6.4 pounds. WOW! I have also gone down 1 pant size. it is coming off slowly but i know i need to be patient......Happy Birthday to me.!

Cub Scouts 2009

Here is Dylan at his cub scout meeting. They are building toolboxes that his Dad cut up and prepared for the boys. Afterwards they decided to get a snack. Dylan is growing up so much. I love my Cub Scout Boy.

Care Group

Care Group! We had a great time tonight. We celebrated birthdays for the month of April. Which it was Sherry & I who had and will have a birthday this month. So we are special. Every 3rd Friday of the month i will take our family picture. Here is the month of March! Happy Birthday Ms. Sherry.

2 days off

I have been off 2 days and now i am off to work. It felt so good to be off. I dont believe i could be a stay at home mom. Wednesday i was left to take my daughter to school because my hubby went to San Antonio for a doctor visit. Well i got up late, 8:30 a.m. Hannah did not get to school until 9:10 a.m. and then i had to have Angie give her a banana for breakfast. Ha i know i am bad. then i took Micah to Playgroup at Solid Rock from 10-11:30 then off to drop off Micah to my mom so i could go get my hair done. Yes i do not look piranha anymore. i love my hair, i went with a new hairdresser name Christine at Clippers off Everhart and Corona. I love it......then i went to Dillards to get more make-up and while i was there i had to check out the shoes and of course i found some Pink jessica Simpson sandals that had just come out. i had to get them. Well of course i needed a pink shirt to go with the sandals. Hey i found the shirt on clearance for 14.99. A bargain....By the time i got home i still needed to do my cousin Brittney's income tax refund before the end of the day, since it was the last day. i rush home to do that , go pick up hannah from school, pick up dinner, "Popeye's" then off to drop off my kiddos at momo's/nana's house because my hubby and i needed to be at church by 6 for a meeting. i was so exhausted after this day. I did not even touch my research paper until 2 in the afternoon today. My husband and i woke up today and decided to go out to eat for breakfast. We invited our care group leader "sister deb", we then went to Hobby Lobby then to bank then home. i then needed to take a nap becuase i had a migraine just thinking of writing a paper. I am not good at writing papers, so i was freaking out......i did not finish until 7:20 and i had to be in class by 7:50 by then i just dropped off the paper becuase i still had a migraine. So as you can see i am a procrasinator and would never make it as a stay at home mom. I love to sleep and probably would sleep all day.......

Cub Scouts Sharks Game

Den 296 got asked to attend the Sharks game on Saturday, April 11th to salute the Flag before the game began. Dylan was excited to attend. I was proud of my baby. We had a great time at teh game. We had never been to a Sharks game. Dylan was so excited because he caught a football that was throwen out of bounce. There was only minutes to the game and Dylan finally got a ball. He had been trying this whole time. I'm glad he got one. Well deserved. I love you Dill.

Happy 12th Birthday Lexi

Here we are at Wings N More celebrating my niece Lexi birthday. She is 12 today on March 30, 2009. WOW! i remember when she was a baby. I loved to dress her, she was like my dolly. I took her everywhere with me. Now i dont spend as much time with her because i am not cool enough. She is in this phase where it's about her and friends. Understandable! i will always be there for her. i love my lexi pooh......She got $50 dollars from Auntie April.

This is our care group. We started attending Rick & Deb Garza's care group in November 2008. Here we are in March on the 3rd Friday of the month, celebrating and fellowshiping with one another. The photo on the right is the birthday people for the Month of March. We have Velinda, Lorraine, Lora, Deb, and Vince. The group picture is not all of our care group. We are still missing some people. We meet the first 3 Friday's of the month. We just gather to eat, praise and worship and talk about the sermons from the previous Sunday. Anyone is invited to attend. We are always looking for newcomers......All we do is Love God and Love People.....

I love this picture. Everytime i see it i crack up. Coming home from class on a Tuesday, Hannah comes running to me to tell me, "Mama this shirt dont fit me". I looked at her and busted out laughing. I told her come here,, let me see what you have on. I asked her, "who put this on you"? She said "Dadda". OMG i was laughing so hard. I told my hubby that is Miley (our dog) shirt. Hannah busted out with " why you put it in my stuff".....i was still with the giggles. A moment we will never forget. Got to love my hubby.

Been awhile!

Let's see. I am still attending UIW, i started a new semester yesterday. So another long 8 weeks. I am so tired of school, but i need to hang in until May 2010. That is when I am done. As for Dylan he will be receiving his Bear Badge in Cub Scouts next Tuesday. I am so proud of him. We are also in the process of trying to get him accepted in Annapolis Christian Academy for next school year. I am not very fond of CCISD so i will sacrifice and fork out a lot of money to send him there. He also went to the eye doctor and they said he has a stigmatisma. Whatever that means. As for Hannah she is so drama. I just had to go get on her and Micah because all they do is fight. They play then fight. Goodness Gracious...they drive me bananas sometimes. Now they are in time out. They were fighting over scissors, hello at that. She knows Micah can not play with them, so i took them away. She has started back at Manna this year and she loves it. She does not like to be picked up until the end. So 5:30 here i come. lol. As for Micah he is a daddy's boy and is talking so much more. He is not a baby anymore. He still sucks his thumb and does not want to get potty trained. What do you expect from a 2 1/2 year old. We just got a new vehicle because our hooptie van was about to drop dead. So we got a 2007 Expedition with only 16,000 miles. Not bad uh? i know, it is black and i drive it and love it. My hubby is now using the car....i know i am spoiled...Dont be jealous. well i have too read for school tomorrow and the Spurs will be starting at 8 p.m. so talk to you later.
