Since the biggest loser started on May 1st I told myself that i would walk/run 10 miles a day. Well it has been hard to do. I do 5 miles or 7 miles but never 10. Well guess what I did it TODAY.
I am so stoked.
Another accomplishment also was that I ran today during lunch for 33 minutes and ran non stop.

WOW!
I am so proud of myself.
I am getting better and better everyday where I can run longer vs. walk.
Tonight I walked/ran 7.5 miles on my treadmill for 1:44 minutes and burned 902 calories.
WOW!
So proud of myself again.
I have set goals and they are coming along great.
The only bad thing is that I am not tired right now.
I am wide awake.
